Refund policy

We only offer exchanges. We do not provide returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any other reason.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Behrovexmart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your request is approved, the exchange process will be completed within 11 business days. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
